4. Assembly Instructions

The TecTake 402482 cabinet is designed for easy assembly. Follow the steps outlined in the included assembly manual for detailed instructions. Below are general guidelines:

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Locking and Unlocking

The cabinet is equipped with a pivot handle and a security cylinder lock. To lock the cabinet, ensure both doors are fully closed. Insert one of the provided keys into the cylinder lock and turn it clockwise until the mechanism engages. To unlock, insert the key and turn it counter-clockwise.

5.2. Adjusting Shelves

The four shelves can be individually adjusted to accommodate items of various heights. To adjust a shelf:

1. Empty the shelf you wish to adjust.
2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the shelf supports from their current slots.
3. Reinsert the shelf supports into the desired slots, ensuring they are at the same height on both sides for a level shelf.
4. Place the shelf back onto the supports.

6. Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your TecTake document cabinet, follow these simple care instructions:

• Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the powder coating. The smooth shelves allow for easy cleaning inside.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Lubrication: If the lock mechanism becomes stiff, a small amount of graphite lubricant can be applied to the keyhole.

• Cabinet is unstable/wobbly:

• Shelves are not level:
