7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AREBOS cooler, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Cooler is not turning on.No power supply; loose connection; faulty outlet/socket.Check if the power cable is securely plugged into both the cooler and the power source. Test the outlet/socket with another device. Ensure vehicle ignition is on for 12V use.
Cooling/Heating performance is poor.Blocked ventilation; lid not properly closed; ambient temperature too high/low; ECO mode active (for cooling/heating speed).Ensure ventilation grilles are clear and not obstructed. Check that the lid is securely closed and the handle is locked. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Switch to "MAX" mode if faster performance is desired. Pre-chill/pre-heat items before placing them in the cooler.
Excessive noise from the fan.Dust buildup on fan; fan obstruction.Unplug the cooler and carefully clean the fan and ventilation grilles. Ensure nothing is obstructing the fan blades.
Condensation inside the cooler.Normal operation, especially in humid conditions; frequent opening of the lid.Wipe away condensation with a dry cloth. Minimize opening the lid unnecessarily. The special sealing rubber in the lid helps reduce condensation.
