Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your headset using the provided USB-A cable connected to a power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

Pairing with Devices

The Cisco Headset 730 supports connection to up to three devices simultaneously (two wireless and one wired).

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, computer, Cisco IP Phone), enable Bluetooth and search for "Cisco Headset 730".
  4. Select the headset from the list to complete pairing.

Connecting via USB-A HD Bluetooth Adapter

Plug the USB-A HD Bluetooth Adapter into an available USB-A port on your computer or Cisco device. The headset will automatically connect to the adapter once both are powered on and within range.

Wired Connection

Use the provided 3.5mm audio cable to connect the headset directly to any device with a 3.5mm audio jack. This connection is ideal for devices without Bluetooth or when battery power is low.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient Mode

The headset offers two modes of active noise cancellation (adaptive and manual) to minimize distractions. Use the dedicated switch to activate ANC for immersive audio or switch to Ambient Mode to hear your surroundings without removing the headset.
