7. Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean your keyboard, disconnect it from all power sources. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard. For keycaps, they can be carefully removed for deeper cleaning if necessary. Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. If storing the keyboard for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding in wired mode: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Check if the mode switch on the bottom of the keyboard is set to the USB icon. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth:
    1. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
    2. Verify the mode switch on the bottom of the keyboard is set to the Bluetooth icon.
    3. Confirm you are pressing FN + P for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
    4. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure Bluetooth is enabled and it is searching for new devices.
    5. If previously paired, try deleting the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
    6. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
  • Keys not registering or registering multiple times: This can sometimes occur with low battery. Charge the keyboard fully. If the issue persists, try connecting in wired mode to see if the problem is resolved.
  • Backlight not working: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Adjust brightness using FN + Up Arrow (↑). Cycle through effects using FN + Right Arrow (→) or FN + Left Arrow (←).
