6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Headset does not power on. | Low battery. | Charge the headset for at least 1.5 hours. |
| Cannot pair with device. | Headset not in pairing mode; Bluetooth off on device; device list full. | Ensure headset is in pairing mode (flashing blue/red). Turn Bluetooth on your device. Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device. |
| No sound or poor sound quality. | Volume too low; headset out of range; interference. | Increase headset and device volume. Move closer to your device. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference. |
| Callers cannot hear me clearly. | Microphone muted; microphone obstructed; excessive background noise. | Ensure microphone is not muted. Adjust the microphone boom closer to your mouth. The CVC8.0 noise cancellation should reduce background noise, but extreme noise may still affect clarity. |
| Headset disconnects frequently. | Out of range; low battery; interference. | Stay within 59 feet (18 meters) of your device. Charge the headset. Reduce interference from other wireless devices. |
