- Press the Power button to turn on the unit.
- Select one of the 8 preset cooking functions (Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Dehydrate, Grill, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm) by touching the corresponding icon on the touchscreen.
- Adjust the temperature (180°F to 400°F, in 5°F increments) and time (up to 60 minutes, or 24 hours for Dehydrate) using the arrow icons.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- The air fryer will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero.
Using the Dehydrator Function:
The built-in dehydrate function operates within a temperature range of 90°F to 170°F and a timer from 2-24 hours. Utilize the 3 stackable racks to prepare multiple servings of dried fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, or herbs.
Cooking Tips:
- For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
- Shake the basket or flip food halfway through cooking for even crisping.
- A light coating of oil can enhance crispiness for some foods.
Maintenance and Cleaning
