Setup Instructions
Setting up your massage mat is quick and easy:
- Unpack the massage mat and lay it flat on a suitable surface such as a bed, sofa, couch, recliner, or floor. Ensure the surface is stable and comfortable.
- Connect the UL Home Adapter to the mat's power input.
- Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Position the movable neck pillow as desired for neck or shoulder support. The pillow can also be detached for separate use or a softer massage experience by utilizing the attached flap.

Operating the Massage Mat
The massage mat is controlled via a built-in remote and an independent button on the neck pillow.
Remote Control Functions:
- ON/OFF: Press to turn the massage mat on or off.
- MASSAGE REGIONS: Buttons for Shoulder, Back, Lumbar, and Leg. Each region can be turned on or off independently. Press the button for any combination of regions.
- MODE: Press to change between 5 pre-programmed massage modes (M1-M5).
- INTENSITY: Press to choose Low (L), Medium (M), or High (H) intensity of vibration.
- HEAT: Press to turn on or off the heat function. Heat can be used independently of massage.
Neck Pillow Control:
- PILLOW CONTROL BUTTON: Located on the neck pillow. Press to activate shiatsu massage. Press again to turn on shiatsu & heat. Press & Hold for 3 seconds to turn off neck massage.
