7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
7.1 Emptying Dustbin
Open the top cover of the robot and remove the dust container. Open the dustbin lid and empty its contents into a trash bin. It is recommended to do this after each cleaning cycle.
7.2 Cleaning Filters
Remove the HEPA filter and sponge filter from the dustbin. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. The sponge filter can be rinsed with water and air-dried completely before reinstallation.
7.3 Cleaning Side Brushes
Periodically check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Remove them by pulling gently and clean them with the provided cleaning brush or a cloth. Reinstall them securely.
7.4 Cleaning Water Tank and Mop Pad
After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank. Remove the mop pad and wash it by hand or machine. Allow the mop pad to air dry completely before reattaching. Rinse the water tank to prevent residue buildup.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your robot vacuum, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not turn on or charge. | Battery depleted; charging station not connected; poor contact with charging pins. | Ensure charging station is powered. Place robot correctly on charging station. Clean charging contacts on both robot and station. |
| Robot gets stuck frequently. | Loose cables, rugs with long fringes, small obstacles. | Clear the cleaning area of cables, small objects, and high-pile rugs. |
| Poor cleaning performance. | Dustbin full; filters clogged; side brushes worn or tangled. | Empty dustbin. Clean or replace filters. Clean or replace side brushes. |
| Mop function leaves streaks or insufficient water. | Water tank empty; mop pad dirty; water outlet clogged. | Refill water tank. Clean or replace mop pad. Check water outlets for blockages. Note: The mop function is for light cleaning and may not remove stubborn stains. Avoid using on carpets. |
