This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your SCS Sentinel VisioDoor 7+ RFID Wired Video Intercom System. This system is designed to enhance home security and access control through its video monitoring and RFID access features.
The VisioDoor 7+ RFID system includes a 7-inch touchscreen indoor monitor and an outdoor station with a camera and RFID reader. It allows for visual identification of visitors, two-way communication, and remote control of door and gate opening mechanisms.
2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the product.
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected before performing any installation or maintenance.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or technician if you are unsure about any steps.
- Do not expose the outdoor station to direct water jets or immerse it in water.
- Do not attempt to repair or modify the device yourself. Contact technical support for assistance.
- Use only the provided power adapter and accessories.

4. Installation
4.1. General Wiring Guidelines
- The system uses a 2-wire connection between the indoor monitor and the outdoor station.
- Maximum cable length for the 2-wire connection is 100 meters.
- Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
4.2. Outdoor Station Installation
The outdoor station is designed for outdoor use with an IP44 protection rating and features an anti-vandal screw system.
- Choose a suitable location near your entrance (door or gate) at a height that allows visitors to be clearly seen by the camera (typically 1.4 to 1.6 meters from the ground).
- Mount the protective visor (if separate) to the wall first, ensuring it provides adequate shelter for the outdoor station.
- Secure the outdoor station to the wall using the provided screws and wall plugs. Ensure it is level.
- Connect the 2-wire cable from the indoor monitor to the designated terminals on the outdoor station.
- If connecting to an electric strike or gate motor, connect the appropriate wires to the outdoor station's gate/strike release terminals.
- Insert the nameplate into its slot and ensure it is visible. The nameplate is backlit for night visibility.

4.3. Indoor Monitor Installation
- Choose a convenient indoor location for the monitor, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Mount the wall bracket using the provided screws and wall plugs.
- Connect the 2-wire cable from the outdoor station to the corresponding terminals on the indoor monitor.
- Connect the power adapter to the indoor monitor and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
- Carefully attach the indoor monitor to the wall bracket.

5. Operation
5.1. Basic Functions
- Answering a Call: When a visitor presses the call button on the outdoor station, the indoor monitor will ring and display the visitor's image. Touch the "Answer" icon on the screen to communicate.
- Opening Door/Gate: During a call or while viewing the outdoor station, touch the "Door Release" or "Gate Release" icon on the screen to open the connected door or gate.
- Monitoring: Touch the "Camera" icon on the main menu to view the outdoor station camera feed at any time.
- Hands-Free Communication: The monitor supports hands-free communication.

5.2. RFID Access Management
The VisioDoor 7+ RFID system allows access control using RFID badges.
- Adding a User Badge:
- Present the orange "Addition" RFID badge to the outdoor station's RFID reader.
- Within 5 seconds, present a new user RFID badge (grey) to the reader. The system will confirm successful addition.
- Repeat for all user badges you wish to add.
- Deleting a User Badge:
- Present the black "Deletion" RFID badge to the outdoor station's RFID reader.
- Within 5 seconds, present the user RFID badge you wish to delete to the reader. The system will confirm successful deletion.
- Using RFID for Access: Present a programmed user RFID badge to the outdoor station's RFID reader to open the connected pedestrian gate or main gate (if motorized and connected).
5.3. Visitor Photo and Video Capture
The system can automatically capture photos or videos of visitors when you are away.
- Photo Storage: The indoor monitor has 14 MB of internal memory for storing visitor photos.
- Video Recording: For video recording, a micro SD card (not supplied) must be inserted into the indoor monitor.
- Viewing Recordings: Access the "Photo" or "Video" icons on the main menu of the indoor monitor to review captured images and footage.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the indoor monitor and outdoor station. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Outdoor Station: Periodically check the outdoor station for any obstructions to the camera or microphone. Ensure the protective visor is clean.
- Wiring: Regularly inspect wiring for any signs of damage or wear.
7. Troubleshooting
