Safety Information

  • Always disconnect the pump from the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
  • Ensure the electrical installation complies with local regulations and is protected by a residual current device (RCD).
  • Do not operate the pump dry. Ensure it is always filled with water before starting.
  • Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the pump during operation.
  • Protect the pump from direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperatures.

Setup

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: Carefully remove the pump from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Ensure all components are present.
  2. Placement: Position the pump on a stable, level surface, close to the pool or water source. Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor. The pump should be installed below the water level for optimal priming.
  3. Hose/Pipe Connection: Connect the suction line (inlet) to the front of the pre-filter housing and the pressure line (outlet) to the top connection. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent air leaks, which can affect pump performance. The pump is designed for high-pressure connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect the pump to a grounded power outlet. Verify that the voltage and frequency match the pump's specifications (230V, 50Hz).
  5. Priming the Pump: Before the first start-up, fill the pre-filter housing completely with water. This is crucial to prevent dry running and damage to the pump. Secure the pre-filter lid tightly.
