Setup
Before operating your pressure washer, ensure proper setup for safety and optimal performance.
Unpacking and Assembly
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Ensure all parts listed in the 'Your Complete Kit' diagram are present.
- Attach the spray gun and lance securely.
- Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet and the spray gun.

Initial Fluid Checks
- Engine Oil: Add the included engine oil to the crankcase before first use. Refer to the engine manual for exact capacity and type.
- Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline.
Water Connection
- Connect a garden hose to the water inlet on the pump.
- Turn on the water supply fully.
- Before starting the engine, remove the nozzle from the spray wand and squeeze the trigger to purge air from the pump and high-pressure hose. This may take a few minutes.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Engine
- Ensure the fuel valve is open and the throttle is in the 'Fast' position.
- If the engine is cold, apply choke.
- Set the engine switch to 'ON'.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once started, gradually open the choke (if used).
Nozzle Selection and Application
The pressure washer comes with 4 Quick Connect nozzle tips, each designed for specific cleaning applications:
- 0° (Red): Strongest, pinpoint stream for tough, concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° (Yellow): Heavy-duty cleaning and stripping. Ideal for removing stubborn dirt.
- 40° (White): Soft touch for delicate surfaces. Suitable for general cleaning and rinsing.
- Soap (Black): Low pressure for detergent application.

Always start cleaning from a distance and move closer to the surface as needed to avoid damage. The pressure washer is effective for cleaning patios, decks, driveways, walkways, house exteriors, fences, vehicles, and RVs.

Maintenance

- Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use and change according to the engine manual's recommendations.
- Air Filter: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. Replace if damaged.
- Spark Plug: Check and clean the spark plug periodically. Replace if worn.
- Fuel System: Use fresh fuel and consider a fuel stabilizer for storage periods longer than 30 days.
- Pump: Flush the pump with a pump protector or non-toxic antifreeze before storing for extended periods, especially in freezing temperatures.
- Nozzles: Clean clogged nozzles with a small wire or nozzle cleaning tool.
