4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your PC180G nail drill. The device features a large battery capacity, providing up to 6 hours of use after approximately 1 hour of charging.

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the nail drill.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer.
3. The LED display will indicate charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change.

4.2 Installing/Changing Drill Bits

The PC180G uses standard 3/32” nail drill bits. Ensure the device is turned off before changing bits.

1. Gently twist the front part of the drill handle counter-clockwise to unlock the chuck.
2. Insert the desired drill bit firmly into the opening.
3. Twist the front part of the handle clockwise to lock the chuck and secure the bit. Ensure the bit is fully seated and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off. The LED display will illuminate when the device is active.

5.2 Adjusting Speed

The PC180G offers 25 adjustable speed levels (up to 25,000 RPM). Use the acceleration (+) and deceleration (-) buttons to increase or decrease the rotation speed. The current speed will be shown on the LED display.

5.3 Changing Rotation Direction (F/R)

Quickly double-click the direction button to switch between Forward (F) and Reverse (R) rotation. The LED display will indicate the current direction.

5.4 Pausing Operation

Click the power button once to pause the operation. Click again to resume.

5.5 General Usage Tips

• Always start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
• Apply gentle pressure. Excessive force can damage nails or the device.
• Move the drill bit continuously across the nail surface to avoid heat buildup.
• For removing gel or acrylic, use appropriate bits and techniques.
• If the product is clogged (e.g., stops rotating for more than 5 seconds), briefly press any button to restart the process.
