Setup
Charging the 3D Pen
Before first use, ensure your 3Doodler Start+ pen is fully charged. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the pen and to a compatible USB power source. The pen charges approximately 50% faster than previous models.
Inserting Plastic Strands

Drawing in 3D
Once powered on and the plastic is loaded, press the main button to begin extruding plastic. Release the button to stop extrusion. The pen's nozzle and extruded plastic are safe to touch, allowing for direct manipulation of your creations.

Using the DoodlePad/Doodlemat
The included DoodlePad/Doodlemat is a transparent surface that allows you to trace designs from the activity guide or other templates. Simply place the DoodlePad over your desired design and trace with the 3Doodler Start+ pen. Once the plastic cools, it can be easily peeled off the mat.
