Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the Proscenic 820S Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Keep this manual for future reference.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Ensure the robot is placed on a stable, flat surface during operation.
- Do not operate the robot in wet environments or near water.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
- Only use the manufacturer specified charger.
- Do not use the robot to pick up large objects, sharp objects, or liquids.
- Before cleaning, remove any loose cables, small objects, or fragile items from the floor.

3. Setup
3.1 What's in the Box
Verify that all components are present in the package:
- 1 x Main Body (Proscenic 820S Robot Vacuum Cleaner)
- 1 x Docking Station
- 1 x Adapter
- 1 x Remote Control

- 1 x Dust Box (600ML large capacity)

3.2 Charging the Robot
- Place the docking station against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the docking station.
- Connect the adapter to the docking station and plug the other end into a power outlet. The indicator light on the docking station will illuminate.
- Place the robot onto the docking station, ensuring the charging contacts align. The robot will begin charging automatically. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for at least 6 hours.
3.3 Installing Side Brushes
Press the side brushes onto the square posts at the bottom of the robot until they click into place.
4. Operating the Robot Vacuum
4.1 Control Methods
The Proscenic 820S can be controlled via multiple methods:
- On-Device Buttons: Press the power button on the robot to start or pause cleaning.
- Remote Control: Use the included remote control for basic functions like starting/stopping, returning to dock, and changing cleaning modes.
- ProscenicHome App: Download the ProscenicHome App for advanced control, scheduling, and real-time cleaning maps.
- Voice Control (Alexa & Google Assistant): Connect the robot to your smart home system for voice commands.

4.2 Connecting to ProscenicHome App
For full functionality, connect your robot to the ProscenicHome App:
- Download the "ProscenicHome" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Register an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your Proscenic 820S device. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.

4.3 Cleaning Modes and Features

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
5.1 Emptying the Dust Bin
The 600ML large capacity dust bin should be emptied after each cleaning cycle or when full.
- Press the dust bin release button and pull out the dust bin.
- Open the dust bin cover and empty its contents into a trash can.
- Rinse the dust bin with water if necessary (ensure it is completely dry before reinserting).
5.2 Cleaning the Filter
The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly and replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
- Remove the filter from the dust bin.
- Tap the filter gently over a trash can to remove dust and debris. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.
- Brush off any remaining dust with the cleaning brush.
5.3 Cleaning Side Brushes and Main Brush
Check and clean the side brushes and main brush regularly for tangled hair or debris.
- Remove the side brushes by pulling them upwards. Remove any tangled hair or debris.
- Remove the main brush cover and then the main brush. Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove tangled hair.
5.4 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts
Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the docking station with a clean, dry cloth.
6. Troubleshooting
If your Proscenic 820S encounters issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
