Introduction

Gameplay

The objective of the game is to be the first player to move all four of their pawns from their Start area, around the board, up their Safety Zone, and into their Home area.

Starting a Pawn

To move a pawn from your Start area onto the board, you must draw a card that allows you to do so (e.g., a 1 or 2 card). Once a pawn is on the board, it moves clockwise.

Moving Around the Board

On your turn, draw the top card from the draw pile and follow its instructions. Cards dictate how many spaces you move forward or backward, or special actions like swapping places with an opponent. Discard the card face up after your move.

Slides

If your pawn lands on the start of a slide of any color (except your own), you slide to the end of that slide. Any opponent's pawns on the slide are sent back to their respective Start areas. You cannot slide on your own color's slide.

Safety Zone and Home

Once your pawn completes a full circuit around the board, it enters its own color's "Safety Zone." Pawns in the Safety Zone are protected from being bumped back to Start by opponents. From the Safety Zone, you must move your pawn into the "Home" area by exact count.

The "Sorry!" Card

Drawing a "Sorry!" card is a game-changer. It allows you to take any one of your pawns from your Start area and move it to any space occupied by an opponent's pawn. The opponent's pawn is then sent back to their Start area. This is where the "sweet revenge" comes into play!

Winning the Game

The first player to successfully move all four of their pawns into their respective Home area wins the game. All pawns must be in the Home area to win.

  • Keep the gameboard and cards away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Clean components with a dry, soft cloth if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
