1. Introduction

The ARTFONE C10 mobile phone is specifically designed for ease of use, making it ideal for seniors, children, beginners, or anyone seeking a straightforward device primarily for making and receiving calls and text messages. 2.2 Inserting the SIM Card and Battery

1. Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
2. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s). This phone supports Dual SIM.
3. Insert the battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the gold contacts align.
4. Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.

2.3 Charging the Phone

Before first use, fully charge the phone battery.

• Using the Charging Dock: Place the phone into the charging dock, ensuring it sits correctly. Connect the USB cable to the dock and then to a power adapter.
• Direct USB Charging: Alternatively, connect the USB cable directly to the phone's charging port and then to a power adapter.

The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the phone from the charger.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the screen lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the power off options appear, then confirm.

3.2 Making and Receiving Calls

• Making a Call: Enter the phone number using the keypad and press the green Call button.
• Receiving a Call: When the phone rings, press the green Call button to answer. To end a call, press the red End Call button.

3.3 Sending and Receiving SMS

• Navigate to the 'Messages' menu.
• Select 'Write Message' to compose a new text.
• Enter the recipient's number and your message.
• Press 'Send'.

3.4 Using the SOS Function

The SOS function allows you to quickly contact pre-set emergency numbers.

1. Setting SOS Numbers: Go to 'Settings' > 'SOS Settings' and add up to 5 emergency contact numbers.
2. Activating SOS: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button located on the back of the phone. The phone will automatically dial the pre-set numbers in sequence until one is answered. It will also send an emergency SMS to these contacts.

3.5 Using the FM Radio

The phone includes a built-in FM radio.

• Navigate to the 'FM Radio' application from the main menu.
• Use the navigation keys to scan for stations or manually tune to a frequency.

3.6 Adjusting Volume

Use the dedicated volume buttons on the side of the phone to adjust call volume, ringtone volume, and media volume.

3.7 Using the Flashlight

The phone features a built-in flashlight. Refer to the phone's menu or a dedicated side button (if present) to activate and deactivate the flashlight.
