Setup and Assembly

- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Stack the desired number of drying trays onto the motor base. Ensure they are properly aligned.
- Place the lid on top of the uppermost tray.

Operating Instructions
Preparing Food for Dehydration
- Wash and thoroughly clean all food items.
- Slice food into uniform thickness for even drying. Thinner slices dry faster.
- Arrange food in a single layer on the drying trays, ensuring there is space for air circulation. Do not overlap items.

Using the Control Panel
The OSTBA Food Dehydrator features an LED digital control panel for easy operation.
- Power ON/OFF: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Temperature Setting: Use the "Temp" button and "+"/"-" buttons to adjust the drying temperature between 95°F (35°C) and 158°F (70°C).
- Timer Setting: Use the "Time" button and "+"/"-" buttons to set the drying time from 1 to 72 hours.
- The LED display will show the current temperature and remaining time.

Dehydration Process
- Prepare and load food onto the trays as described above.
- Plug the dehydrator into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- Press the power button.
- Set the desired temperature and time using the control panel. Refer to the recommended drying times and temperatures table below.
- The dehydrator will begin operation. The 360° circulation airflow ensures even heat distribution.
