3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

The Fengda FE-130 is a double-action airbrush, meaning the trigger controls both air and paint flow independently. This allows for greater control over your spray pattern.

1. Prepare Paint: Thin your paint to the consistency of milk. Use appropriate thinners for your specific paint type (e.g., water for acrylics, lacquer thinner for lacquers). Proper thinning is crucial for smooth operation and preventing clogs.
2. Load Paint: Pour the thinned paint into the 7ml integrated paint cup. Do not overfill.

4. Start Air Flow: Press the trigger straight down to release air from the nozzle.

1. Initial Flush:
   • Empty any remaining paint from the cup.
   • Add a small amount of appropriate cleaner (e.g., water for acrylics, solvent for enamels/lacquers) to the paint cup.
   • Spray the cleaner through the airbrush until it runs clear. You can also "back-flush" by covering the nozzle with your finger and pressing the trigger for air, allowing air bubbles to clean the cup.
2. Disassembly (for thorough cleaning):
   • Unscrew the handle at the rear of the airbrush.
   • Carefully pull out the needle from the rear. Clean the needle with a soft cloth and cleaner. Be extremely careful not to bend the tip.
   • Unscrew the nozzle cap and then the nozzle itself. Use the provided nozzle wrench if necessary. Clean the nozzle thoroughly with a small brush and cleaner.
   • Clean the paint cup and airbrush body with brushes and cleaner.

   • Carefully reinsert the clean nozzle and tighten it gently. Do not overtighten.
   • Replace the nozzle cap.
   • Carefully reinsert the needle from the rear, pushing it forward until it seats correctly in the nozzle.
