1. Product Overview

The Konnek Stein QC21 is a 1080P Smart Wi-Fi PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) IP Camera designed for indoor security and monitoring. 2. Setup Guide

2.1 Package Contents

Before you begin, please ensure all items are present:

  • Power Adapter
  • Mounting Screws and Wall Plugs

2.2 Initial Setup

  1. Power On: Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera will power on and initiate its self-check.
  2. Download App: Download the "ENKLOV" app from Google Play Store (for Android devices) or Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
  3. Register/Login: Open the ENKLOV app and register a new account or log in if you already have one.
  4. Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or within the app.
  5. Wi-Fi Connection: Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note: 5G Wi-Fi networks are not supported. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.

2.3 Installation

The Konnek Stein QC21 camera supports both surface mount and wall mount installations. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your Wi-Fi network and a power outlet.

  • Surface Mount: Place the camera on a flat surface such as a table, shelf, or cabinet. Ensure it is stable and not easily knocked over.
  • Wall Mount: Use the provided mounting screws and wall plugs to securely attach the camera to a wall. Refer to the mounting template (if included) for accurate drilling.

3. Operation

3.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Once connected, open the ENKLOV app to view the live feed from your camera. Use the on-screen controls to pan (rotate horizontally up to 355°) and tilt (rotate vertically up to 110°) the camera lens to adjust the viewing angle.

3.2 Two-Way Audio

The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing for two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera, and listen to audio from the camera's surroundings.

3.3 Smart Motion Detection

Enable motion detection in the app settings to receive instant notifications on your mobile phone when movement is detected. You can review recorded events directly from the ENKLOV cloud app.

3.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode when the environment dims. The infrared LEDs provide clear black and white video footage in complete darkness, acting as a deterrent against theft and ensuring continuous monitoring.

3.5 Storage Options

The Konnek Stein QC21 camera supports two primary methods for video recording storage:

  • TF Card Slot: Insert a compatible TF (microSD) card into the camera's designated slot for local storage of recordings.
  • Cloud Storage: Utilize the secure cloud storage service offered through the ENKLOV app for remote access and backup of your video data. This option provides enhanced privacy protection through multiple security protocols and financial encryption technology.

4. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the lens or damage the finish.
  • Software Updates: Regularly check the ENKLOV app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's software up-to-date ensures access to the latest features and security enhancements.
  • Power Cycle: If the camera experiences minor issues, try unplugging it from the power source for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. This can often resolve temporary glitches.
