6. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Ear discomfort during long wearAdjust the headphones slightly upwards so they do not press against the protrusion in front of your ear canal. This should provide a more comfortable fit.
Cannot charge the headphones
  • 1. Check if there is water or other liquid inside the USB port. Clean it thoroughly before attempting to charge.
  • 2. Ensure the USB cable is inserted straight and parallel into the port to avoid deformation or damage to the charging pins.
  • 3. Prolonged use may cause sweat or water to seep into the headphones, potentially affecting charging. If this occurs, dry the headphones with a dryer and try charging again after 1-2 days.
  • 4. If the issue persists, try using a different charger and cable.
Unstable connection or unable to pair

Reset the headphones to clear pairing history:

  • 1. With the headphones powered on and in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing), double-press the Multi-function button to clear all pairing records.
  • 2. Then, attempt to pair again following the "Bluetooth Pairing" instructions.
One ear has no sound
  • 1. If water has entered the headphones, dry them with a dryer and check if the sound returns to normal after 1-2 days.
  • 2. Avoid dropping the product, as physical impact can cause damage.
  • 3. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
Sound cuts out or abnormal sound
  • 1. Try changing the position of your device and the headphones.
