3. Installation
3.1 Placement
- Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface to prevent vibration and noise.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
3.2 Water Supply Connection
- Connect the cold water inlet hose to the cold water tap and the corresponding inlet on the back of the machine.
- Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Open the water tap fully.
3.3 Drain Hose Connection
- Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink.
- Ensure the drain hose is securely fixed to prevent it from dislodging during operation.
- The height of the drain hose should be between 60 cm and 90 cm from the floor.
3.4 Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or adapters.
4. Operation
4.1 Before Each Wash
- Sort laundry by fabric type, color, and degree of soiling.
- Empty pockets and close zippers and hooks.
- Place laundry loosely into the drum, ensuring not to overload the machine.
4.2 Adding Detergent and Softener
- Open the detergent box.
- Add the recommended amount of detergent to the main wash compartment.
- Add fabric softener to the designated compartment (if desired).
- Close the detergent box securely.
4.3 Selecting a Wash Program
- Press the Power button to turn on the machine.
- Use the Program Select button to cycle through the 8 available wash programs. The selected program will be indicated on the display.
- Adjust Water Level or other settings if available and desired.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle.
4.4 Understanding Programs and Features
- Fuzzy Logic: This feature automatically detects the load size and fabric type, then adjusts water level and wash time for optimal cleaning efficiency.
- Quick Wash: Ideal for lightly soiled clothes or small loads, providing a faster wash cycle.
- Auto Balancing Control: Minimizes vibration and noise during spin cycles by automatically redistributing the laundry load.
- Child Lock: Prevents accidental changes to settings during operation. Refer to the control panel for activation instructions.
- Preset Timer: Allows you to delay the start of a wash cycle for up to 24 hours.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your washing machine.
5.1 Cleaning the Drum
- Run a 'Tub Clean' or 'Heavy' cycle with hot water and a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar once a month to prevent odor and residue buildup.
- Wipe the inside of the drum with a soft cloth after each use to remove any moisture.
5.2 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser
- Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water.
- Use a small brush to clean any residue from the compartments.
- Reinsert the dispenser drawer.
5.3 Cleaning the Exterior
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.4 Drain Filter (Lint Filter)
- Locate the drain filter (usually at the bottom front or back of the machine).
- Carefully open the cover and remove the filter.
- Clean any lint, debris, or foreign objects from the filter under running water.
- Reinsert the filter and close the cover securely. Clean regularly, especially if you notice drainage issues.
