Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when installing and using this electrical appliance. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
- Do not operate the spa if the power cord is damaged.
- Ensure the spa is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Keep children under supervision around the spa.
- Do not use electrical appliances near the spa.
- Consult a physician before use if you have health concerns.
Setup Guide
1. Site Selection
Choose a suitable location for your spa. The surface must be flat, smooth, and capable of supporting the weight of the filled spa (approx. 930 kg + occupants). Ensure adequate drainage and proximity to a grounded power outlet.

2. Inflation
Unfold the spa liner and lay it flat. Connect the inflation hose to the spa's air valve and the control unit's inflation port. Turn on the inflation function. Inflate until the spa walls are firm but not rigid. Do not over-inflate.

3. Filling the Spa
Once inflated, fill the spa with fresh water using a garden hose. Fill to the minimum water line indicated on the spa wall. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

Figure 4: Detail showing the minimum water line and filter location.
4. Initial Heating
Connect the control unit to a grounded power outlet. Use the control panel or remote to set the desired water temperature. Heating may take several hours (e.g., 12-24 hours) depending on ambient temperature and desired heat level. The system performs a startup test to ensure safety.
Operating Instructions
Remote Control Functions
The MSPA LITE spa is operated via a user-friendly remote control. This remote allows you to manage temperature, activate bubble jets, and provides filter change reminders. It also includes a child safety lock.

- Heater Button: Activates or deactivates the heating function.
- Bubble Button: Turns the 138 air jets on or off. Note that the bubble function may automatically turn off after 10-20 minutes to prevent overheating of the pump. Allow a short cool-down period before reactivating.
- Filter Button: Indicates when the filter needs changing.
- Timer Button: For setting heating schedules.
- Up/Down Arrows: Adjusts the desired water temperature.
- Child Safety: Refer to the remote control's specific instructions for activating and deactivating the child safety lock.

Maintenance
Water Treatment
Maintaining proper water chemistry is crucial for hygiene and spa longevity. Use appropriate spa chemicals, such as bromine, to keep the water clean and balanced. Regularly test water parameters (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels) and adjust as needed.
Filter Cartridge Replacement
The remote control will indicate when the filter needs changing. Regularly clean and replace the filter cartridge to ensure optimal filtration and water quality. Refer to Figure 4 for the filter location.
Cleaning and Storage
When not in use, especially for extended periods, cover the spa with the provided cover. The cover features clips for secure fastening (see Figure 7). For long-term storage, drain the spa completely, clean the interior, and ensure it is thoroughly dry before deflating and packing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Spa deflates | Small leak, valve not sealed, over-inflation. | Check for punctures, ensure valves are tightly closed. Avoid over-inflation. |
| Water not heating | Heater not activated, low water level, ambient temperature too low. | Ensure heater is on. Check water level. Heating takes time, especially in cold weather. |
| Bubble function stops | Automatic shut-off for pump protection. | Wait a few minutes for the pump to cool down before reactivating. |
| Control panel/remote not responding | Power issue, remote battery low, child safety lock active. | Check power connection. Replace remote batteries. Deactivate child safety lock. |
