Setup
Charging the Power Bank
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Redmi Power Bank. You can charge it using either the Micro USB port or the Type-C port.
- Connect the provided Micro USB cable (or a Type-C cable, not included) to the corresponding input port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 10W (5V/2A) USB wall charger (not included).
- The LED indicators on the power bank will light up to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.
Approximate charging time: 7.5 hours with a 10W (5V/2A) charger.
Checking Battery Level
To check the remaining battery level, briefly press the power button located on the side of the power bank. The LED indicators will illuminate to show the current charge level:
- 1 LED: 0-25%
- 2 LEDs: 25-50%
- 3 LEDs: 50-75%
- 4 LEDs: 75-100%
Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
The Redmi Power Bank features dual USB output ports, allowing you to charge two devices simultaneously.
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If it does not, press the power button once to initiate charging.
The power bank intelligently adjusts power output up to 10W to deliver fast and efficient charging for each connected device.
Smart Low Power Mode
This mode is designed to safely charge low-power devices such as Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches, or fitness bands that require lower charging currents.
- To activate Smart Low Power Mode, double-press the power button on the side of the power bank.
- The LEDs will indicate that the mode is active.
- Connect your low-power device to the power bank.
- To exit Smart Low Power Mode, double-press the power button again. The power bank will return to normal charging mode.

Maintenance
- Keep the power bank dry and away from moisture.

Troubleshooting
Power Bank Not Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall charger.

Device Not Charging from Power Bank
- Press the power button once to ensure the power bank is active.

- Ensure your device is compatible with USB charging.
- If charging a low-power device, ensure Smart Low Power Mode is activated (double-press power button).
Slow Charging
- Ensure you are using a high-quality charging cable.
