Threading the Machine
- Place a thread spool on the thread spindle.
- Guide the thread through the tension disk.
- Pass the thread from right to left through groove 2.
- Pass the thread through the hole of the take-up lever.
- Pass the thread through the hole of the needle-bar.
- Pass the thread through the needle-hole from front to back.
- Put the bobbin in the bobbin case and pull the thread out about 4 inches long.
- Hold the upper thread with your left hand and turn the hand-wheel with your right hand to pick up the bobbin thread.
- Place both upper and bobbin threads under the presser foot, extending towards the back of the machine.
Attaching the Extension Table
The included extension table provides a larger working surface for bigger projects. To attach, simply align the table's opening with the machine's free arm and slide it into place until it clicks securely. Ensure the table's legs are folded out for stability.

Operating Instructions
Stitch Selection
The machine offers 12 built-in stitch patterns. To select a stitch, rotate the Pattern Selection Dial to the desired number. Ensure the needle is in its highest position before changing the stitch pattern to prevent damage.

Speed Control
The machine has two speed settings: Low (L) and High (H). Use the Power Off & Speed Switch to select your preferred sewing speed. For beginners or intricate work, the Low speed is recommended.
Reverse Sewing
To sew in reverse, press and hold the Reverse Sewing Lever while the machine is operating. This is useful for reinforcing stitches at the beginning and end of a seam.
Using the Foot Pedal
Connect the foot pedal to the Foot Pedal Input port. The foot pedal allows for hands-free speed control. Press the pedal to start sewing and release to stop. Note that the foot pedal may offer a consistent speed rather than variable control based on pressure.
Maintenance
Needle Replacement
To replace the needle:
- Turn the hand wheel counter-clockwise to raise the needle to its highest position.
- Loosen the needle clamp screw by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Remove the old needle.
- Insert a new needle with the flat side facing the back of the machine, pushing it up as far as it will go.
- Tighten the needle clamp screw clockwise.
The machine comes with 3 types of needles for different fabric thicknesses:
- Size 80/11: For lightweight fabrics.
- Size 90/14: For medium-weight fabrics (max 2mm thick).
- Size 100/16: For heavyweight fabrics.

Presser Foot Replacement
To replace the presser foot:
- Raise the needle to its highest position using the hand wheel.
- Lift the presser foot lifter.
- Press the presser foot locking lever to release the current foot.
- Position the new presser foot under the presser foot locking device.
- Lower the presser foot lifter until the new foot snaps into place.
The accessory kit includes various replaceable presser feet for specific tasks, such as sewing buttons, zippers, and invisible zippers.

Bobbin Winding
To wind the bottom bobbin:
- Place an empty bobbin on the bobbin winder shaft.
- Place a thread spool on the thread spindle.
- Guide the thread from the spool through the bobbin winder tension disk.
- Wind the thread 5-6 rounds around the empty bobbin.
- Push the bobbin to the right (towards the hand wheel).
- Turn on the power switch to start winding. The machine will automatically stop when the bobbin is full.
- Cut the thread and push the bobbin back to the left.
Troubleshooting
- Machine Not Functioning / Randomly Starting: Ensure all connections (power adapter, foot pedal) are secure. If using batteries, check battery levels and proper insertion. If issues persist, contact customer support.
- Foot Pedal Behavior: The foot pedal on this model typically acts as an on/off switch rather than offering variable speed control based on pressure. Speed is controlled by the L/H switch on the machine.
- Bobbin Thread Tangling / Bobbin Breaking: Ensure the bobbin is correctly inserted and threaded according to the instructions. Check that the upper thread tension is appropriate for your fabric. If the bobbin itself is damaged, replace it with a new one from the accessory kit.
- Needle Breaking: Ensure the correct needle size is used for the fabric thickness. Always ensure the needle clamp screw is tightened securely. Avoid forcing fabric through the machine.
- Smoking from Machine: Immediately turn off the machine and unplug it. This indicates a serious electrical or mechanical issue. Do not attempt to use the machine again. Contact customer support immediately.
