Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and optimal performance of your remote shutter.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

The remote shutter comes with one CR2032 battery pre-installed and one spare. If you need to install or replace the battery, follow these steps:

1. Hold the button battery at a 45-degree angle against the spring clip in the card slot and squeeze it.
2. Press down on the button battery to ensure it is level and intact in the slot. Keep your thumb pressed.
3. Hold the battery cover with your left hand and push it horizontally to the right into the slot until it is completely closed.
4. After installation, press the battery cover with your thumb and push it backward to remove the battery if needed.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect the remote shutter to your device:

1. Ensure the remote shutter is powered on.
2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Turn on Bluetooth. Your device will search for available devices.
4. Look for "AB Shutter 3" or a similar name in the list of available devices and tap to connect.
5. Once paired, the remote shutter is ready for use. No additional app is required.

Operating Instructions

Taking Photos

After successfully pairing the remote shutter with your phone:

• Open your phone's native camera application.
• Position your phone as desired.
• Press the button on the remote shutter to take a photo.

Recording Videos

To record videos using the remote shutter:

• Open your phone's native camera application.
• Switch the camera app to video recording mode.
• Press the button on the remote shutter once to start recording.
• Press the button again to stop recording.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
