2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the glass kettle body, infuser, stew pot, and lids with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
3. Placement: Place the heating base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance is now ready for use.

1. Fill with Water: Open the lid and fill the glass kettle with the desired amount of water. Ensure water level is between the MIN and MAX marks. For stewing or infusing, place the small stew pot or infuser inside the kettle before adding ingredients and water.
2. Place on Base: Carefully place the filled kettle onto the heating base.
3. Select Function: Use the right knob labeled "Function (Start/Cancel)" to cycle through the available programs. The selected function will be displayed on the digital screen.
4. Set Preset Time (Optional): If you wish to delay the start of a program, use the left knob labeled "Preset" to set the desired delay time, up to 9.5 hours.
5. Start Program: Once the function is selected (and preset time if applicable), press the "Function (Start/Cancel)" knob to begin the cooking process.
6. Warming Function: After a program finishes, the appliance may automatically switch to an 8-hour warming function. You can also manually select a warming temperature from 104℉/40℃, 113℉/45℃, 122℉/50℃, or 131-185℉/55-85℃.
7. Completion: The appliance will typically beep when the program is complete. Carefully remove the kettle from the base using the handle.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.

• Daily Cleaning:
  • Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • The glass kettle body, infuser, and stew pot should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
  • Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Never immerse the heating base, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Descaling:

  Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in areas with hard water. Descaling regularly will help maintain efficiency.

  • Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
  • Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water.
  • For stubborn deposits, repeat the process or use a commercial descaling solution designed for kettles, following the product's instructions.
