Wiring Connections:

  • Power (BATT+): Connect the yellow wire directly to the vehicle's positive battery terminal using an appropriate fuse (not included, typically 15-20A).
  • Ground (GND): Connect the black wire securely to a clean, unpainted metal surface of the vehicle chassis.
  • Remote (REM): Connect the blue wire to the remote turn-on output of your head unit. If no remote output is available, connect to an accessory power source that turns on with the ignition.

Once installed, follow these steps to configure your subwoofer:

  • Low Pass Filter (FREQ): Adjust the frequency knob (30Hz-100Hz) to blend the subwoofer's output seamlessly with your main speakers. A common starting point is around 80Hz.
  • Phase Control (PHASE): Set the phase switch to 0° initially. If the bass sounds weak or out of sync, switch it to 180°. Choose the setting that provides the most impactful and coherent bass response.
  • Remote Bass Control: Use the wired remote control to adjust the bass level conveniently from your driving position.
