3. Setup
3.1 Attaching Accessories:
- Ensure the tool is unplugged from the power source.
- Locate the collet nut at the front of the tool.
- Press the shaft lock button (usually near the collet) to prevent the shaft from rotating.
- Unscrew the collet nut using the provided wrench.
- Insert the desired accessory shank into the collet. Ensure the accessory is fully seated.
- Tighten the collet nut securely with the wrench while holding the shaft lock button. Do not overtighten.
3.2 Connecting the Flexible Shaft:
- Unplug the die grinder from the power source.
- Remove the collet nut and collet from the main tool.
- Unscrew the nose piece (outer casing) from the main tool.
- Insert the inner drive cable of the flexible shaft into the main tool's shaft, ensuring it engages properly.
- Screw the flexible shaft's coupling nut onto the main tool's housing until secure.
- At the handpiece end of the flexible shaft, attach the desired accessory following the steps in 3.1.
3.3 Power Connection:
Connect the tool's power cord to a standard 240V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging in.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off:
To turn the tool ON, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position. To turn it OFF, slide the switch to the 'OFF' position.
4.2 Variable Speed Control:
The INGCO MG13092 features a variable speed control dial. Rotate the dial to adjust the rotational speed from 10,000 RPM to 32,000 RPM. Start with a lower speed for delicate work or when learning, and gradually increase as needed for the material and accessory being used.
4.3 Recommended Uses:
