Setup and Installation
Your Keystone window air conditioner comes with a complete window installation kit for easy setup. Ensure the unit is securely installed in a compatible window with a width between 23 inches and 36 inches.
Pre-Installation Checklist
- Verify window dimensions are within the compatible range (23-36 inches).
- Ensure a grounded 115V power outlet (NEMA 5-15P) is available within 6.4 ft of the installation location.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel and Remote
The unit features electronic controls on an LED display and can also be operated using the included remote control. The remote control includes a built-in thermostat for precise temperature sensing from your location.

Modes of Operation
- Cool Mode: Provides cooling with adjustable temperature settings.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling. Features 3 fan speeds (Low, Medium, High).
- Dry Mode (Dehumidifier): Removes excess moisture from the air, up to 2.3 pints per hour.
- Energy Saver Mode: Optimizes cooling to reduce energy consumption.
- Sleep Mode: Gradually increases room temperature to save energy during sleep.
Adjusting Airflow
The air louvers can be adjusted 4-ways to direct airflow as desired.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Air Filter
The "Check Filter" indicator light will illuminate when it's time to clean the mesh filter. Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and air quality.
- Turn off and unplug the air conditioner.
- Slide the washable, reusable mesh filter out from the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
