Setup Instructions

1. Attach the Cold Shoe Mount: Locate the cold shoe mount (silver, cylindrical piece). Insert the threaded end into the corresponding screw hole on the bottom of the LED Light Panel. Rotate clockwise to secure it firmly.
2. Attach the Smartphone/Camera Adapter: Slide the smartphone/camera adapter onto the cold shoe mount. Ensure it clicks securely into place. This adapter allows you to attach the light to a smartphone, DSLR camera, or tripod.
3. Mounting the Light:
   • For Smartphones: Place your smartphone into the spring-loaded grip of the smartphone holder.
   • For Cameras: Use the cold shoe adapter to mount the light directly onto your DSLR or mirrorless camera's hot shoe.
   • For Tripods: The cold shoe mount also features a 1/4-inch screw thread at its base, allowing direct attachment to most standard tripods.
4. Attach the Light Diffuser (Optional): The light diffuser can be slid onto the front of the LED panel to soften the light output.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button located on the side of the unit to turn the light on or off. The LCD screen on the back will illuminate upon power-on.
2. Check Battery Level: The LCD screen displays the remaining battery power, indicated by a battery icon and a percentage. It also shows the estimated remaining usage time.
3. Adjust Brightness: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the side of the unit to adjust the brightness level. There are 24 distinct brightness levels, ranging from 1% to 100%. The current brightness percentage is shown on the LCD screen.
4. Adjust Color Temperature: Press the Power/Mode button briefly to switch to color temperature adjustment mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through 25 color temperature settings, from 3200K (warm) to 5600K (cool). The current color temperature in Kelvin (K) is displayed on the LCD screen.

Charging the Device

The DigiPower LED Video Light is equipped with a built-in rechargeable 1500mAh Li-Polymer battery. To charge the device:

1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on the side of the LED Light Panel.
2. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the light.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter, power bank).
4. The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging progress. Once fully charged, the indicator will show a full battery.

A full charge provides up to 18 hours of continuous use, depending on the brightness and color temperature settings.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the LED light. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
• Handling: Handle the light with care to prevent damage to the LED panel or internal components.
