  • Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during cooking, such as rice or dried vegetables, do not fill the unit over 1/2 full.
  • Always check the pressure release valve for clogging before use.
  • Do not use this pressure cooker for pressure frying with oil.

  4. Insert Cooking Pot: Place the removable cooking pot into the main unit. Ensure it is seated correctly and securely.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the appliance and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet. The unit will beep and the display will illuminate.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Crock-Pot Express Crisp.

  • Always Unplug: Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
  • Removable Pot: The removable cooking pot is dishwasher-safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
