Setup
Installation Considerations
Professional installation is recommended for optimal safety and performance. The fan can be installed on slope ceilings up to a 32-degree slope. An optional XF-SCK Slope Ceiling Kit is available for slopes between 32-45 degrees. Downrods for longer lengths are sold separately.

Smart Control Setup (iOS App)
To utilize the smart features of your Wynd fan, download the Modern Forms app from your device's app store. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to create an account and pair your fan. Ensure your home Wi-Fi network is a 2.4 GHz network for successful connection.

Operating
Fan Operation
Control fan speed using the included Bluetooth remote control or through the Modern Forms app. The fan features 6 speeds for optimal airflow. The app also allows for advanced features such as 'breeze mode' for varying speeds and 'adaptive learning' to optimize comfort based on your preferences.

Light Operation
The integrated LED light kit provides 3000K warm white illumination. Brightness can be smoothly and continuously controlled via the remote or the app. An optional cover is provided to conceal the light luminaire if desired.
Seasonal Operation
The fan can be operated in different modes to optimize comfort throughout the year. In summer, the fan typically rotates counter-clockwise to create a downdraft, producing a cooling effect. In winter, it can be set to rotate clockwise at a low speed to create an updraft, recirculating warm air from the ceiling without creating a direct breeze.

Care and Cleaning
To maintain the appearance and performance of your fan, regularly wipe down the blades and motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Ensure the fan is turned off and disconnected from power before cleaning.
