Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Insert a fully charged battery pack into the tool until it clicks securely.
  2. Select the appropriate blade for your cutting material (e.g., wood, metal).
  3. Position the shoe of the saw firmly against the workpiece.
  4. Depress the variable-speed trigger to start the saw. The speed of the blade is controlled by how far the trigger is depressed.
  5. Guide the saw through the material, allowing the blade to do the cutting. Do not force the tool.

Cutting Tips

  • For plunge cuts, ensure the blade is sharp and the shoe is firmly against the material.
  • Always secure the workpiece to prevent movement during cutting.
  • Allow the blade to cool down during extended use, especially when cutting metal.
  • The integrated LED light will illuminate the work surface when the trigger is pressed.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always disconnect the battery pack before cleaning.
  • Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the tool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Periodically blow out any dust and debris from the motor vents using compressed air.

Blade Care

  • Inspect blades before each use for sharpness and damage. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
