Observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the power cord is UL Approved and in good condition. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. Connect to a properly grounded outlet.
  • Water Resistance: The light heads are IP65 rated for water resistance, suitable for outdoor use. However, avoid submerging the unit in water. Ensure electrical connections are dry before plugging in.
  • Heat: LED lights generate heat. Do not touch the light heads immediately after prolonged use. Allow them to cool.
  • Eye Protection: Avoid direct eye exposure to the bright LED light.
  • Stability: Always ensure the tripod stand is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping. Do not extend the stand beyond its recommended height if stability is compromised.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate airflow around the light heads to prevent overheating.
  • Children and Pets: Keep the work light out of reach of children and pets.

Follow these steps to assemble and set up your work light:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Extend Tripod Legs: Place the tripod stand on a flat, stable surface. Extend the three legs outwards until they are fully spread and locked into position.

  4. Attach Light Heads: The dual light heads are pre-attached to a crossbar. This crossbar then attaches to the top of the main tripod pole. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  5. Position Light Heads: Adjust the angle and rotation of each light head as needed. Each head can rotate 360 degrees and tilt 270 degrees.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the UL Approved power cord into a suitable 120V AC grounded electrical outlet.
Four configurations of the work light: detached heads, low tripod, medium tripod, and fully extended tripod.

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the light heads and stand. Periodically clean the tempered glass lens to maintain light output and prevent heat buildup from dust accumulation. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Cord Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. If damaged, discontinue use and replace the cord by a qualified technician.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the tripod stand for compact storage. Store the unit in a dry, clean environment away from extreme temperatures.
