Setup
1. Choose the Correct Size Band
The device comes with two band sizes to ensure a proper fit. To determine your size, measure the circumference of your leg two fingers below your kneecap with a measuring tape.
- Medium: Fits 12.5 – 15 inches (320 – 380 mm) in band circumference.
- Large: Fits 15 – 17.7 inches (380 – 450 mm) in band circumference.

2. Attach the Knee Pad and Band
- Ensure the knee pad is clean and dry.
- Attach the self-adhesive knee pad to the designated area on the knee band.
- Wrap the knee band around your knee, ensuring the pad is positioned correctly over the area requiring therapy. The device is designed to be wireless and wearable, allowing for convenient treatment.

3. Charge the Device
Before first use, fully charge the TENS device using the provided AC adapter and charger. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On
Press and hold the power button on the TENS device until the indicator light illuminates.
2. Adjust Intensity
Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the intensity level. The device offers 20 intensity levels. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which may cause discomfort.

3. Treatment Duration
Each treatment session is typically 30 minutes. The unit is designed to automatically power off after the allotted time. It is recommended to use the device for up to two sessions per day.
4. Power Off
After your session, press and hold the power button to turn off the device. If left on, it will automatically power off after the treatment duration.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Knee Pad
After each use, gently clean the self-adhesive knee pad with a damp cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before storing. Proper cleaning helps maintain the pad's adhesive quality and extends its lifespan.
Pad and Band Replacement
The durable knee pad is reusable up to 30 times. When the adhesive properties diminish, or if the pad becomes damaged, it should be replaced. The knee band is also replaceable and typically lasts for approximately 6 months with regular use.
Storage
Store the device and its components in the provided soft storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the knee pad is attached to its holder to protect the adhesive surface during storage.
Troubleshooting
- Device does not turn on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- No sensation or weak sensation: Check that the knee pad is securely attached to your skin and the band. Increase the intensity level gradually. Ensure the knee pad is not worn out and has sufficient adhesive.
- Knee pad not sticking: Clean the knee pad as per maintenance instructions. If the adhesive is permanently lost, replace the knee pad.
- Discomfort during use: Reduce the intensity level. Ensure the knee pad is placed on clean, healthy skin. If discomfort continues, discontinue use and consult a physician.
