1. Important Safeguards

3. Setup and Assembly

- Insert Blade: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin inside the processing bowl. Ensure it sits firmly. Caution: Blades are very sharp.
- Add Food: Place the food to be processed into the bowl. Do not overfill; refer to the maximum fill line if present.
- Secure Lid/Motor Unit: Place the lid (if separate) and then the motor unit onto the processing bowl. Twist or align until it locks securely into place. The appliance will not operate unless correctly assembled.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
The Forte FTBC-301 is designed for simple, one-touch operation.
- Prepare Food: Cut larger food items into smaller, manageable pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) to ensure even processing and prevent motor strain.
- Load Bowl: Place the prepared food into the processing bowl, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Secure Assembly: Ensure the motor unit and lid are correctly locked onto the processing bowl.
- Start Processing: Press and hold the power button located on the top of the motor unit. The blades will begin to rotate.
- Control Consistency: Use short pulses (press and release) for coarse chopping or hold continuously for finer results. Monitor the food through the transparent bowl.
- Stop Processing: Release the power button to stop the blades. Wait for the blades to come to a complete stop before removing the motor unit.
- Remove Food: Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the motor unit, then the blade assembly (always holding by the plastic shaft). Scrape out the processed food from the bowl.
Tips for Best Results:
- For best results, process small quantities at a time.
- If food sticks to the sides, release the button, unplug, remove the motor unit, and scrape down the sides with a spatula before continuing.
- Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds to prevent overheating. Allow a short break between cycles.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
