Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Do not move the appliance when it is hot or contains hot liquids.
- This appliance is for household use only.

Setup Guide
Unpacking and Initial Cleaning:
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Before first use, wash the coffee basket, percolating tube, and lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
Insert Water:
Remove the cover, coffee basket, and percolating tube. Fill the coffee maker with fresh, cool water to the desired fill line. Do not fill past the top "FULL" line. Never use hot water to make coffee.
Ensure water level is within indicated limits.
Insert Coffee:
Wet the bottom of the coffee basket prior to adding coffee grounds to prevent grounds from filtering into your brewed coffee. Measure the appropriate amount of coffee (refer to measuring guide below) into the coffee basket and set the coffee basket onto the percolating tube. Position the bottom of the percolating tube into the heating well, but do not force it.
Secure Cover:
Place the cover on the coffee maker and twist to lock it securely in place. Ensure the handles are aligned for easy carrying.
Operating Instructions
Power On:
Plug the urn into a standard 120 Volts electrical outlet. Flip the "On/Off" switch to the "On" position. The "Heating" indicator light (red) will illuminate, indicating that the brewing process has begun.

Brewing Process:
The urn will begin heating the water, which will then percolate through the coffee grounds. Brewing time varies based on the quantity, with a speed of approximately one cup per minute for up to 100 5oz cups.
The urn can brew up to 100 cups, ideal for large gatherings.
Ready to Serve:
Once brewing is complete, the "Heating" light will turn off, and the "Keep Warm" indicator light (yellow) will illuminate. This signifies that the coffee is ready to serve and will be maintained at an optimal temperature.
Dispensing:
To dispense coffee, push the lever down on the faucet. For continuous pouring, pull the lever forward until it locks into place. To stop, push the lever back to its regular serving position.
The two-way faucet allows for easy and controlled dispensing.
Other Beverages:
This urn is also perfect for dispensing hot water for tea, hot chocolate, apple cider, or any other hot beverage. Simply add water and heat, then add your desired beverage mix.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee urn.
Daily Cleaning:
After each use, unplug the urn and allow it to cool completely. Remove the lid, coffee basket, and percolating tube. Discard used coffee grounds. Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. The reusable filter is dishwasher safe.
The urn is designed for easy cleaning.
Urn Interior:
Wipe the interior of the urn with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the stainless steel finish.
Descaling (Every 2-3 months or as needed):
To remove mineral deposits, fill the urn with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water. Turn on the urn and allow it to heat for 15-20 minutes (do not boil). Unplug and let it sit for 30 minutes, then drain and rinse thoroughly several times with clean water.
