Setup Instructions

1. Battery Installation

Each flameless taper candle requires two AA batteries. The remote control uses one button cell battery (CR2025, typically pre-installed with a protective tab).

1. Gently twist the bottom cap of each candle counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert 2 AA batteries into each candle, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Twist the bottom cap clockwise to close and secure the compartment. The candle will illuminate once the cap is fully tightened, indicating it is powered on.
4. For the remote control, remove the plastic protective tab from the battery compartment if present.

2. Attaching Holders and Suction Cups

The candles can be used freestanding with the silver holders or mounted to windows using the included suction cups.

• To use with the silver holder: Simply place the candle firmly into the top of the silver holder.
• To use with suction cups for windows: Attach the small plastic clip of the suction cup to the candle body at your desired height. Press the suction cup firmly against a clean, smooth window surface until it adheres securely.

Operating Instructions

Remote Control Functions

Ensure all candles have batteries installed and their bottom caps are twisted to the 'ON' position before using the remote. The remote operates all candles simultaneously within its range.

• ON/OFF: Press the green 'ON' button to turn on the candles. Press the red 'OFF' button to turn them off.
• Timer: Select 2H, 4H, 6H, or 8H to activate the timer. Once set, the candles will automatically turn on for the selected duration and then turn off. They will repeat this cycle every 24 hours.
• Mode: Press 'Candle' for a realistic flickering flame effect. Press 'Light' for a steady, non-flickering illumination.
• Dimming: Use the '+' button to increase brightness and the '-' button to decrease brightness.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

When the light dims significantly or the candle stops working, it's time to replace the batteries.

1. Twist the bottom cap counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
2. Remove the old AA batteries and dispose of them properly.
3. Insert new AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
4. Twist the bottom cap clockwise to close and secure.

For the remote control, if it stops responding, replace the button cell battery (CR2025).

Cleaning

Wipe the candles and holders with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.

Troubleshooting

• Candle does not turn on:
  • Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
  • Check if batteries are fresh and fully charged.
  • Verify the bottom cap is twisted fully clockwise to engage the power.
• Remote control is not working:
  • Ensure the protective tab has been removed from the remote's battery compartment.
  • Replace the button cell battery (CR2025) in the remote.
  • Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the candles.
• Suction cups are not sticking:
  • Clean the window surface and the suction cup thoroughly to remove dust or grease.
  • Apply slight pressure to the suction cup when attaching to the window.
