1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Always connect the appliance to a grounded power outlet (220-240V).
• Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
• Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Unplug the coffee machine from the power outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• Use only cold, fresh water in the water tank. Do not use hot water or other liquids.
• Do not open the capsule compartment during brewing. Hot water may spray out.
• Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from hot gas or electric burners.

Components:

• Water Tank: Located at the back, capacity of 2 liters.
• Capsule Compartment: For inserting coffee capsules.
• Brewing Outlet: Where coffee is dispensed.
• Drip Tray: Collects excess liquid and supports the cup.

3. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.
2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water tank and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Filling Water Tank: Fill the water tank with fresh, cold drinking water up to the MAX level.
4. Power Connection: Place the machine on a stable, flat surface. Plug the power cord into a grounded 220-240V electrical outlet.
5. Priming the Machine:
   • Place an empty cup under the brewing outlet.
   • Press the Power Button to turn on the machine. The indicator light will blink while heating.
   • Once the light is steady, press one of the volume selection buttons to run a cycle of water through the machine without a capsule. This primes the pump and cleans the internal system.
   • Repeat this process 2-3 times.

4. Operating Instructions

Brewing Coffee:

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
2. Turn on the machine using the Power Button. Wait for the machine to heat up (indicator light will become steady).
3. Lift the lever to open the capsule compartment.
4. Insert a compatible coffee capsule into the compartment. Close the lever firmly.
5. Place a cup on the drip tray under the brewing outlet.
6. Adjusting Temperature: Use the temperature adjustment buttons to select one of the 7 heating levels according to your preference.
7. Selecting Volume: Press one of the two volume selection buttons for your desired coffee strength/size. The machine will automatically stop when the selected volume is dispensed.
8. After brewing, lift the lever again to eject the used capsule into the internal collection bin.

Adjusting Coffee Volume:

The machine offers two pre-set volume options. Refer to the button icons for specific volume settings (e.g., Espresso, Lungo).

Temperature Control:

The 7 temperature heating levels allow for customization of your coffee's temperature. Experiment to find your ideal setting.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee machine.

Daily Cleaning:

• Drip Tray and Capsule Bin: Empty and rinse the drip tray and used capsule collection bin daily. Wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse and refill with fresh water daily.
• Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Descaling (Every 3-6 Months or as Needed):

Descaling removes mineral buildup that can affect machine performance and coffee taste. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines.

1. Empty the water tank and used capsule bin.
2. Pour the descaling solution into the water tank, following the manufacturer's instructions for dilution.
3. Place a large container (at least 1 liter capacity) under the brewing outlet.
4. Turn on the machine. Run several brewing cycles without a capsule until the water tank is empty.
5. Rinse the water tank thoroughly and fill it with fresh water.
6. Run several cycles of fresh water through the machine to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
7. Repeat the fresh water rinsing process at least twice.
