5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press the ON/MEASURE button. The laser will activate.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the C/OFF button for a few seconds. The device will also automatically power off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.
5.2 Basic Single Measurement
- Press the ON/MEASURE button to activate the laser.
- Aim the laser dot at the target point.
- Press the ON/MEASURE button again. The measured distance will appear on the display.
5.3 Continuous Measurement (Tracking)
- Press the ON/MEASURE button to activate the laser.
- Press and hold the ON/MEASURE button (or press twice quickly, depending on firmware) to enter continuous measurement mode. The display will show real-time distance updates as you move the device.
- Press the ON/MEASURE button again to stop continuous measurement.
