1. Safety Information
Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this fluid extractor. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury or property damage.
- Wear Safety Goggles: Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating the fluid extractor.
- Flammable Liquids: Exercise extreme caution when extracting flammable liquids. Ensure adequate ventilation and keep away from ignition sources.
- Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the extractor tank (6.5L). Overfilling can lead to spills and hazards.
- Stable Placement: Ensure the extractor is placed on a stable, level surface during operation to prevent tipping.
- Proper Disposal: Dispose of all extracted fluids according to local environmental regulations.
- Pressure Release: Always release pressure from the tank before disconnecting hoses or opening the unit.

3. Setup
- Install Main Tube: Securely install the main tube onto the extractor tank. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Select Extension Tube: Choose the appropriate diameter extension tube based on the vehicle's dipstick tube or fluid reservoir opening. For oil changes, ensure the tube can reach the lowest part of the oil pan.
- Connect Extension Tube: Connect the selected extension tube to the main tube.
- Pneumatic Connection (Optional): If using pneumatic mode, connect a 1/4" NPT quick coupler to an air compressor. Set the working pressure between 40-170 psi.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Oil Extraction (Manual Mode)
- Ensure the engine is warm for optimal fluid flow.
- Insert the chosen extension tube into the vehicle's dipstick tube until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
- Close the air control valve if it's open.
- Pump the manual handle 15-20 times to create a vacuum in the tank. Oil will begin to flow into the tank.
- Continue pumping as needed if the flow slows down, maintaining sufficient vacuum.
- Monitor the fluid level in the transparent tank. Do not exceed the 6.5L capacity.

Figure 5: Proper insertion of the extraction tube to ensure complete fluid removal from the oil pan.
4.2 Oil Extraction (Pneumatic Mode)
- Ensure the engine is warm for optimal fluid flow.
- Insert the chosen extension tube into the vehicle's dipstick tube until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
- Connect the 1/4" NPT quick coupler to an air compressor (40-170 psi).
- Open the air control valve on the extractor. The vacuum will automatically draw the oil into the tank.
- Monitor the fluid level in the transparent tank. Do not exceed the 6.5L capacity.
- Once extraction is complete, close the air control valve and disconnect the air compressor.
4.3 Brake Fluid Change
- Connect the brake bleeding hose to the extractor.
- Attach the other end of the brake bleeding hose to the brake caliper's bleed screw.
- Follow standard brake bleeding procedures, using either manual or pneumatic mode to draw out old brake fluid.
- Ensure the master cylinder reservoir is continuously topped up with new brake fluid to prevent air from entering the system.

Video 2: This video demonstrates how to use the oil extractor for brake bleeding, showing the connection of the brake bleeding hose and the process of extracting fluid from the brake system.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the tank and hoses thoroughly, especially when switching between different types of fluids.
- Sealing Rings: Regularly inspect the sealing rings for wear and tear. Replace them if damaged to maintain proper vacuum. Two replacement sealing rings are included.
- Storage: Store the fluid extractor in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Leak-Proof Bottom: The extractor features an upgraded sealed-design bottom to prevent leaks. Ensure it remains intact.

Figure 7: The extractor's sealed bottom design ensures no fluid leakage during use or storage.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Suction:
- Check all hose connections for tightness.
- Inspect sealing rings for damage or improper seating.
- Ensure the air control valve is correctly positioned for the chosen mode (closed for manual, open for pneumatic).
- For pneumatic mode, verify air compressor pressure is within 40-170 psi.
- Slow Extraction:
- Ensure the engine fluid is warm. Cold fluid is thicker and extracts slower.
- Verify the extraction tube is not kinked or obstructed.
- For manual mode, pump more frequently to maintain vacuum.
- Fluid Leakage:
- Check all connections and caps for tightness.
- Inspect sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary.
- Ensure the tank is not overfilled beyond the capacity limit.
