Setup

Battery Information

The FILA Digital Watch comes with one CR2 battery pre-installed. If battery replacement is ever needed, please refer to the Maintenance section.

Initial Time and Date Setting

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is activated (usually indicated by flashing digits).
2. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the flashing digit (hours, minutes, seconds).
3. Press the RESET button to move to the next digit or setting (e.g., from hours to minutes, or 12/24-hour format).
4. Continue adjusting until the correct time and date are set.
5. Press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.

Operating Instructions

Time and Date Display

In the default mode, the watch displays the current time (hours, minutes, seconds) and the day of the week and date.

Alarm Function

1. Press the MODE button until the alarm display appears (often indicated by "AL" or an alarm icon).
2. Press the RESET button to select the hour or minute digits for setting.
3. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the desired alarm time.
4. Press the MODE button to confirm and exit.
5. To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the ST/STP button while in the alarm display mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the screen.

Stopwatch Function

1. Press the MODE button until the stopwatch display appears (often indicated by "ST" or "STOP").
2. Press the ST/STP button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the ST/STP button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to zero.
5. To resume timing after pausing, press ST/STP.

Countdown Timer

1. Press the MODE button until the countdown timer display appears (often indicated by "TR" or "TIMER").
2. To set the countdown time, press and hold the RESET button until the digits flash.
3. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the hours, minutes, and seconds. Press RESET to move between digits.
4. Press MODE to confirm the setting.
5. Press the ST/STP button to start the countdown.
6. Press ST/STP again to pause/resume.
7. Press RESET to stop and reset the timer.

Backlight Operation

Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display for a few seconds, enhancing visibility in low-light conditions.

Water Resistance (5 ATM)

Your FILA Digital Watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters). This means it is suitable for everyday use, including splashes, rain, and short periods of recreational swimming. It is not recommended for diving or prolonged submersion. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean your watch, wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the case or strap.

Battery Replacement
