  • Always place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
  • Do not immerse the main unit, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

3. Setup and First Use

3.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
  • Check that all components listed in the "Package Contents" section are present and undamaged.
  • Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.

3.2 Cleaning Before First Use

  • Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
  • Clean the frying basket and pan with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These components are dishwasher-safe.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts completely before use.

3.3 Initial Operation (Burn-in)

It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

  • Place the clean frying basket and pan back into the air fryer.
  • Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet.
  • Press the power button to turn on the display.
  • Set the temperature to 180°C and the timer to 15 minutes.
  • Press the start button.
  • Once the cycle is complete, unplug the unit and allow it to cool down completely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

  1. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Pull out the frying basket drawer using the cool-touch handle.
  3. Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill.
  4. Slide the frying basket drawer back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  5. Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet. The display will illuminate.
  6. Press the power button to activate the control panel.
  7. Use the temperature up/down arrows to set your desired cooking temperature (80°C - 200°C).
  8. Use the timer up/down arrows to set your desired cooking time (0 - 60 minutes).
  9. Press the start button to begin the cooking process.
  10. The air fryer will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero.

4.2 Using Pre-set Recipes

The Devanti Air Fryer comes with 8 pre-set recipes for common dishes, offering one-touch convenience.

  1. After placing ingredients and closing the drawer, press the power button.
  2. Press the 'M' (Mode) button repeatedly to cycle through the 8 pre-set options. Each press will display a different icon and its default temperature/time.
  3. Once you select your desired pre-set, the air fryer will automatically begin cooking. You can still adjust the time and temperature manually if needed after selecting a pre-set.

4.3 Pause and Resume Function

You can pause the cooking process at any time to check or flip your food. The air fryer will remember your settings.

  • To pause, simply pull out the frying basket drawer. The air fryer will automatically pause and the display will show "OFF" or pause indicator.
  • After checking or flipping food, slide the frying basket drawer back into the unit.
  • Press the start/pause button to resume cooking from where it left off.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

5.1 Daily Cleaning

  1. Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove the frying basket and pan. These are dishwasher-safe. For hand washing, use hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or metal scouring pads.
  4. Clean the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
