4. Maintenance
Care and Cleaning:
- Always unplug the warmer before cleaning.
- Wipe the tempered glass heating surface and the body of the warmer with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the warmer in water or any other liquid.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface.
- Ensure the warmer is completely dry before plugging it back in.
5. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Issue: Warmer is not turning on or detecting the mug.
Solution: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Verify that the mug has a flat bottom and is making full contact with the heating surface. Some mugs with raised bottoms may not activate the sensor effectively. - Issue: Beverage is not warm enough.
Solution: Check that the warmer is set to the desired temperature (red light for high, blue light for medium). Ensure you are using a mug with a flat bottom for optimal heat transfer. Thicker mugs or mugs with concave bottoms may not heat as efficiently. - Issue: Warmer is not turning off automatically.
Solution: The automatic shut-off activates after 5 minutes of inactivity (no mug detected). If a mug is continuously on the warmer, it will remain on. To manually turn off, tap the power indicator until the light extinguishes.
