  • Always ensure adequate ventilation.
  • Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
  • Check for gas leaks before each use. Apply soapy water to connections; bubbles indicate a leak. Do not use if a leak is detected.
  • Use only propane or butane gas as fuel. Ensure the gas cylinder is securely connected and upright.
  • Do not leave the operating stove unattended.
  • Allow the stove to cool completely before handling or storing.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Wiltec Outdoor Gas Stove:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the stove on a stable, level, non-combustible surface, away from any flammable materials. Ensure there is ample overhead clearance.
  3. Connect Gas Cylinder: Ensure the gas inlet valve on the stove is in the 'OFF' position. Connect the gas regulator hose from your propane or butane cylinder to the stove's gas inlet valve. Tighten securely by hand, then use a wrench for a final snug turn. Do not overtighten.
  4. Leak Test: Before lighting, perform a leak test. Open the gas cylinder valve slightly. Apply a soapy water solution to all connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the gas cylinder valve immediately and re-tighten connections. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the stove and contact customer support.
  5. Initial Preheating: For the first use, preheat the stove for a few minutes to eliminate any manufacturing residues. This ensures optimal and safe operation.

5. Operating Instructions

To operate your Wiltec Outdoor Gas Stove:

  1. Open Gas Supply: Slowly open the valve on your gas cylinder.
  2. Light the Burner: Turn the stove's gas inlet valve counter-clockwise to the 'ON' position. Immediately apply a long match or lighter to the burner. The burner should ignite within a few seconds. If it does not ignite, turn off the gas, wait a few minutes for gas to dissipate, and try again.
  3. Adjust Flame: Use the gas inlet valve to adjust the flame intensity. A blue flame indicates efficient burning.
  4. Cooking: Place your pot or pan on the sturdy pot support. The 41 x 41 cm frame accommodates large cookware, ideal for family or group meals.
  5. Turn Off: When finished cooking, first turn the stove's gas inlet valve to the 'OFF' position. Then, close the valve on the gas cylinder. Allow the stove to cool completely before moving or storing.

  • Burner Care: Keep the burner clean and free from food debris or blockages. Use a soft brush to remove any residue.
  • Storage: Store the stove in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Disconnect the gas cylinder before storage.
