To clean the clock, gently wipe the display and casing with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the surface or internal components.

4.2 Battery Replacement

When the display dims or the clock's functions become erratic, it is time to replace the batteries. Refer to Section 2.1 for instructions on battery insertion. Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim:
    • Check if batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity.
    • Replace old batteries with new ones.
  • Time is incorrect:
    • Ensure the correct time zone is selected on the back of the clock.
    • Allow time for the clock to automatically synchronize. If in an area with poor signal, manual adjustment might be needed (refer to specific model instructions if auto-set fails).
  • Temperature/Humidity readings seem inaccurate:
    • Ensure the clock is placed in a location free from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources that could affect readings.
    • Allow a few minutes for the sensors to stabilize after initial setup or relocation.
