Setup
- Download the App: Search for the "FIXED Smart" app on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and install it.
- Account Registration: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. You may register using your email address or link a social media account like Facebook. Ensure you receive a confirmation email if registering via email.
- Power On the Tracker: The tracker comes with 2 CR2 batteries pre-installed. If not, open the tracker's casing and insert the batteries according to the polarity markings.
- Pairing:
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- In the FIXED Smart app, select "Add Device" or a similar option.
- Press the button on your FIXED Smile Smart Tracker. The app should detect the device.
- Follow the app's prompts to complete the pairing process.
- Attach the Tracker: Use the included keyrings or adhesive pads to attach the tracker to your desired item, such as keys, a wallet, or a backpack.

Operating Instructions
- Finding Your Item:
If you misplace an item with the tracker attached, open the FIXED Smart app. Select the corresponding tracker and tap the "Ring" button. The tracker will emit an audible alarm, helping you locate it. The app will also display the last known location on a map.
- Finding Your Phone:
If your phone is misplaced, double-press the button on your FIXED Smile Smart Tracker. Your phone will ring (even if on silent mode), allowing you to find it. Note that the alarm sound may be brief (approx. 1 second) and can be disabled in the app settings if not desired.
- Anti-Loss Notification:
The tracker will notify your smartphone if the Bluetooth connection is lost, indicating that you may have left your item behind. This feature helps prevent forgotten items.
- Motion Sensor Alarm:
The built-in motion sensor can be activated via the app. If the tracked item (e.g., a bicycle) moves while the motion sensor is active, your smartphone will receive an immediate notification, acting as an anti-theft deterrent.
- Location Tracking:
The app uses map functionality to show the real-time location of your tracker, which can be useful for monitoring children or pets (when attached to their belongings).
- Smart Assistant Compatibility:
The FIXED Smile Smart Tracker is compatible with Siri and Apple Watch. Alexa integration is also planned (as of October 2020).
Maintenance
- Battery Replacement:
The tracker uses CR2 batteries. When the battery level is low, the app will notify you. To replace the batteries, carefully open the tracker's casing, remove the old batteries, and insert new ones, ensuring correct polarity. Battery life is approximately 1.5 years under normal usage.
- Cleaning:

- A: The alarm volume may vary depending on the environment and where the tracker is placed (e.g., inside a wallet or backpack). Ensure there are no obstructions muffling the sound. The sound level is generally sufficient for finding items within a room or nearby.
- Q: I receive frequent false alarms from the motion sensor.
- A: The motion sensor is sensitive. If you are carrying the item yourself, it may trigger the alarm. Consider disabling the motion sensor when carrying the item, or adjust settings within the app if options are available to reduce sensitivity or set "safe zones" where alarms are suppressed.
- Q: The tracker frequently disconnects from my phone.
- A: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and the tracker is within range (typically up to 30 meters indoors, more outdoors). Obstacles like walls can reduce range. Check the app for battery status; a low battery can affect connection stability. Restarting both the phone and the tracker may also help.
