3.1 Deco E4R Main Unit

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Download the Deco App

  1. Search for "TP-Link Deco" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  1. Placement: Plug the Deco M3W extender into a wall outlet in a central location between your main Deco unit and the area where you need extended Wi-Fi coverage. Ensure it's within range of the main Deco.
  2. Power On: The extender will power on automatically. Wait for its LED to pulse blue.
  3. Add in App: Open the Deco app, go to "Add a Deco" and follow the instructions to add the M3W extender to your mesh network.
