2.2 Installing the Ink Cartridge

1. Open the ink cartridge cover on the printer.
2. Carefully insert the v4ink BENTSAI BT-2580P Black Ink Cartridge into the designated slot. Ensure it clicks into place securely.
3. Close the ink cartridge cover.

2.3 Powering On and Initial Configuration

1. Connect the power adapter to the printer and a power outlet to charge the device. The printer features an 8-hour long-lasting endurance on a full charge.
2. Press and hold the power switch to turn on the printer.
3. The 4.3-inch high-sensitive LED touch screen will display the user interface.
4. Use the stylus pen or your finger to navigate the menu and set initial preferences such as language (supports 25 languages), date, and time.

1. From the main menu, select 'Edit' to create new print content or 'Management' to access saved files.

3. Enter or import your desired content. For text, use the on-screen keyboard. For images, use the USB flash disk to upload jpeg, png, or bmp files.

5. Allow the quick-drying ink to set for a few seconds.

Symptom: Prints appear with blank lines, are faded, or have inconsistent quality.

• Ink nozzle is clogged or dry.

Solution:

1. Wipe the ink nozzle multiple times with an alcohol wipe to clear any clogs.

3. Always ensure the protective cap is placed back on the ink cartridge immediately after use to prevent drying.
