Introduction

The Bluedio HS Neckband Portable Bluetooth Speaker is designed to provide a personal audio experience while keeping your hands and ears free. This wearable speaker offers multiple connectivity options including Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, and Micro SD card playback, making it versatile for various activities such as cooking, outdoor sports, or hands-free phone calls. Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the Bluedio HS speaker. Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the speaker and the other end to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the multifunction button (power button) until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "Bluedio HS" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady blue light or flash slowly.

3. Inserting a Micro SD Card

The Bluedio HS supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB for direct music playback. Locate the SD card slot on the speaker. Gently insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the multifunction button for approximately 3 seconds.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the multifunction button for approximately 3 seconds.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Short press the multifunction button.
  • Next Track: Short press the "Volume+" button.
  • Previous Track: Short press the "Volume-" button.
  • Volume Up: Long press the "Volume+" button.
  • Volume Down: Long press the "Volume-" button.

Call Functionality

  • Answer Call: Short press the multifunction button.
  • End Call: Short press the multifunction button during a call.

  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the multifunction button.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

No Power/Cannot Turn On:
Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect the charging cable and check if the LED indicator lights up.
Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device:
  • Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within the effective range (up to 60 meters).
  • Delete "Bluedio HS" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Restart both the speaker and your Bluetooth device.
No Sound/Low Sound:
  • Adjust the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the speaker is correctly connected via Bluetooth, or that the Micro SD card is properly inserted and contains playable audio files.
  • If using FM radio, ensure you are in an area with good signal reception.
  • Note that sound quality may vary when not worn, as the speaker is designed for optimal performance when worn around the neck.
Buttons Not Responding:
Try restarting the speaker. If a specific button consistently fails, it may indicate a hardware issue.
Speaker Falls Off Neck Easily:
The design is lightweight and ergonomic. For active use, ensure it is positioned securely. Be mindful during sudden movements to prevent it from falling.
